I come to the Louisville Truck Show every year and see " the hardest working man at the show!!"

I usually stock up for the year and watch the demos .....cant get enough.

buffing wheel ?

how many buffing wheels do i need to mount on my 2 hp motor to polish some 1 1/2 in wide aluminum bars ? is it better to put use 3-4 wheels to make up a 3 in buffing wheel? Thanks bigmike1938

Airway pads

What are the advantages to using airway pads as compared to typical buffing wheels?

  • If the buffing pad wobbles, if the machine vibrates, if there are loose fittings, or if anything does not seem right-STOP.

  • Be sure that the arbor hole in the center plate of airways is the right one for your buffer. A 5/8" shaft would accommodate a 5/8" center plate.

  • For airways, use flanges. Serious injury can result when they not used. Flanges need to cover all the metal including …

Using Safety Flanges Is A Must!!!

This show how the pad material has separated from the clinch ring. This was caused from not using Busch Safety Flanges. The money savings is not worth the damaged caused! It is likely this person was injured as well.
